Lunch In The City (LITC)

LITC is exactly what it says - Q-Leapers having lunch in the City with professionals. The aim is for Q-Leapers to make contact and network with City professionals, gain a mentor / role model, gain an apprenticeship and eventually decide if life in the City for them. 

We also hold Lunch and Learn seminars where City professionals meet at lunchtime to discuss their work, job opportunities and extracurricular activities.

Know Your Cosmos (KYC)

Cosmos means 'world / universe'. Our KYC programme focuses on commercial awareness; how changes in our world affects us as an individual.

Play As You Learn (PAYL)

Learn life skills through football. We partner with a coach of West Ham United Foundation (WHUF) to teach Q-Leapers life skills through football.

PAYL involves:

• Match Days
• Friendlies 
• Coaching and Training
• Performance, Reflection & Feedback
• Tickets to Football Games
